GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Grand Rapids Symphony will hold its BRAVO! gala with an Oktoberfest in Vienna theme on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at GLC Live at 20 Monroe in downtown Grand Rapids.
The evening starts at 5 p.m. and is billed by the orchestra as its signature event of the year. It doubles as a celebration of the new season and of Marcelo Lehninger’s 10th season as Music Director.
Guests will sit down to a multi course dinner and hear musical performances by Grand Rapids Symphony musicians. The program leans into the Vienna theme with an assortment of waltzes and polkas by Johann Strauss Jr.
The gala will also celebrate the 2026 award winners, recognizing outstanding leaders in the community.
Gala packages and benefits are available through the symphony, which is also marking the milestone season with its 2026/2027 Richard & Helen DeVos Masterworks Series.
